Information we collect

We collect account details, phone number, email address, saved delivery addresses, cart and checkout activity, order history, payment status, return and refund details, support messages, and device notification identifiers needed to operate the OneBuy app.

How we use data

We use customer data to show relevant products and offers, process grocery orders, confirm payments, prepare items, coordinate fast local delivery, provide order tracking, manage returns and refunds, prevent misuse, and improve service quality.

Delivery information

Delivery agents and operations staff may access the order, address, customer contact details, delivery status, and proof information needed to complete the order and support the target delivery time of about 25 minutes in covered areas.

Payments and refunds

Payment information is used to confirm successful payments, identify failed payments, support cash on delivery handling, process refunds, and maintain a reliable order record. We do not use payment status for unrelated purposes.

Notifications

We may send transactional and offer notifications through mail, SMS, and push notifications when enabled. These can include order placed, payment failed, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered, return approved, refund processed, and new offer announcements. Customers can manage push permissions from their device or app settings.

Data sharing

We only share information with service providers required for payments, delivery, communication, push notification delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Retention

We keep customer and order information for as long as needed to provide the service, support order history, handle disputes, meet accounting requirements, and comply with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect customer information and limit access to authorized team members who need it for operations, support, delivery, or compliance.
